If you want to pedal through corn all day, ride so long you fall asleep at dinner, ride a week of centuries, or have a need to shower in public, then we recommend the many other tours out there focused on the classic routes, endurance, or ultimate economy. That’s not us.

Beauty and exploration is fun. We’re riders who want to ride amazing places, have time to sightsee or hike to a viewpoint, enjoy good food and drink, and sometimes just lean back and soak it in.

Don’t get us wrong, it’s not all descents and tailwinds. Sometimes that amazing place includes a 8% incline , but we design the tour so you don’t have to do it all day. Savor the world at your goldilocks speed and pedal through it!

We are here so you can enjoy your vacation on and off the bike. As long time tour creators and participants, the team is focused on service that removes the hot spots and chaffing that could detract from your bike vacation.

We serve your favorite riding and recovery foods and drinks. If you fly in, enjoy our shuttle so you don’t have to wrestle your bike into a ride-share. If you drive in, long-term parking at a secure location is provided. The PST crew helps you ride the distance you want, provides safe comfortable rest stops, and stand ready to charge your e-bike. After the ride you’ll find your favorite beverage waiting and your luggage in your room. We try to anticipate your tour needs and welcome the opportunity to satisfy your requests. Our hardworking crew is there for you with mechanics who make sure your bike keeps rolling, massage therapists to relax the body, delish meals to fuel you and an experience that helps you find your bike-joy!

Affordable. We love to ride and helping other riders have a great time. We charge enough to pay the bills and give the profits to charity.

I’m Terry

I’m Terry, founder of Pedalstroke Tours. I don’t have other folks lead my tours, I’m there every time. I’m not here to build an empire and don’t want to have 5 groups riding the same route over a month, I’m a small shop and want a small group of riders who will enjoy a bicycle vacation and provide them the service they deserve. My hope is that you’ll savor the bike-joy on our tours. Since 2008 I’ve participated or operated transcontinental bike tours for nonprofits. I was the tour manager for the League of Michigan Bicyclists, Michigan Trails and Greenways Alliance, The Great-Lake-to Lake Trail, Tours, Sea to Sea, West Michigan Trails and Greenways Coalition, and had the pleasure of being a member of the Bicycle Tour Network. While I’m not as big a personality as my friend Bubba who owned Bubba’s Pampered Pedalers, I like to think we shared the same core values - Provide great service, Take care of people, and be nice. I wish he was still in charge.
