Changes by You
Life is unpredictable and sometimes it means you have to change or cancel your registration. Pedalstroke Tours works to make this process as clear and easy as possible. We strongly recommend obtaining trip insurance to protect your vacation investment. The cancellation policies take into account costs Pedalstroke Tours incur long before a tour departs.
Up to 61 days prior to the tour registration deadline - You will receive a refund of your registration fee less a cancellation fee of $300 or receive a 100% credit towards another tour. We cannot refund any bank transaction fees you may have paid.
60 to 31 days prior to the tour registration deadline - You will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of your registration fee and the balance will be refunded. We cannot refund any bank transaction fees you may have paid.
30 days or less prior to the tour registration deadline - You will be charged a cancellation fee of 60% of your registration fee and the balance will be refunded. We cannot refund any bank transaction fees you may have paid.
0 days or less prior to the tour registration deadline - No refunds are provided. You will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of your registration fee. We cannot refund any bank transaction fees you may have paid.
Requests must be conducted via email to terry@pedalstroketours.com. The date of the email is considered the cancellation date.
Transfers
An option to cancelling your registration is to transfer that registration to another person or Pedalstroke Tours event.
You can transfer to another tour that is not sold out until your current tour registration deadline. If there is a price difference between the old tour and new tour that amount is either due or refunded accordingly.
Pedalstroke Tours runs with even just one participant. If tour size is very small with less than 5 participants, we will notify you upon the close of registration. You can then choose to keep your tour, transfer to a future date, or transfer to another tour. If you choose to transfer, 100% of funds paid will be applied and you’ll receive a $300 credit. If you choose to keep the very small tour, a $500 per guest charge guarantees the tour will run.
You can transfer your registration to another person until your tour’s registration deadline. That person will receive your registration packet at packet pick-up including any merchandise and swag.
If you transfer to another person, they are subject to all transfer and cancellation policies and become the recipient of any refunds. Pedalstroke Tours is not responsible for any transactions between you and the transfer recipient.

Event Cancellations
In today’s world event cancellations are more frequent. Please read the following carefully to understand what happens should Pedalstroke Tours be forced to cancel a tour. We strongly recommend obtaining trip insurance to protect your vacation investment. Pedalstroke Tours reserves the right to make date, route, activity, and hotel modifications to any tour. This includes the details of itineraries as they appear on PedalstrokeTours.com. Every effort is made to keep changes to a minimum.
Pedalstroke Tours reserves the right to cancel any tour or event due to failure by a third party to meet its commitments. In this situation all registered participants will receive a full refund less any bank fees.
Pedalstroke Tours reserves the right to reschedule, reroute, or terminate, any event or tour or any part of a tour or event due to concerns over participant safety including the occurrence of any force majeure event or credible threat thereof including but not limited to any Act of God, fire, earthquake, environmental conditions, acts of civil or military authority, casualty, flood, war, terrorist attack, epidemic, pandemic, insurrection, civil unrest, strikes or other labor activities, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Pedalstroke Tours that might threaten the health and safety of participants, volunteers, or staff. In the event of cancellation due to Force Majeure or otherwise, guests will receive a Tour Credit in the amount paid to use towards another Pedalstroke Tours trip.
Pedalstroke Tours cannot refund any expenses incurred by the participant due to canceled, postponed or rescheduled tours.
